As Premier Moe has mentioned many times Saskatchewan people have been AWESOME!! It is for that reason, we will become the first province to start to open back up. That doesn’t mean that we have defeated COVID 19 – just that we have flattened the curve enough to manage the new cases that will continue to happen.
