We are open Monday 11 am to 4 pm and Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm. We have gift tables from plush, picture frames, baby, bath and jewelry.

Our store is For Sale because the owner no longer lives in Kelvington. The stores main floor area is approximately 1100 square feet with the same amount of cold storage in back. The building is brick.

One suggestion for a business if buyers didn’t want to continue with gift tables. Being an area with a large number of seniors, put in a store that sells and rents articles for assisted living. Walkers, tub rails, tub seats, mattress pads, etc.

We are a well established business with a 40 seat restaurant. Eat in or Take out. We deliver fresh bread and donuts to Greenwater Lake, Rose Valley, Archerwill and Yellow Quill.

We are open from Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 5 pm. Serving breakfast and lunches till 2:30 pm.

Our bakery is For Sale because we are wanting to retire. The restaurant seating area is 650 sq. ft, kitchen and baking area is 1300 sq ft, with a warehouse of 650 sq ft.

Patrick’s Home Furnishings sells home goods, such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, artwork, etc. The store is open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. The 2400 sq. ft building features modern amenities, as it was completely renovated in 2010.

The renovation included: re-wiring, re-plumbing, re-insulated (ceiling & walls spray foamed), new windows & doors, 2 new bathrooms, and a loading dock and new garage door.

This sale could just be of the building or of the building and business as a package.  It could also be sold as residential.
