About Kelvington

Kelvington is a progressive community
located in the North East of the
province of Saskatchewan.

Kelvington is situated in the heart of some of the finest hunting, fishing and
snowmobiling in the province.

There is a provincial park and a number of lakes in close proximity to the community.

Camping, bird watching, fishing and hunting are all popular in the area.

Known as 'Canada's Hockey Factory', Kelvington boasts fine curling and skating rinks and is host to hockey tournaments throughout the year.

Kelvington is very much a hockey town, proud to be the home of Wendel Clark, Joey Kocur, and Barry Melrose. The Kelvington Hockey School operates successfully each summer by many of the local NHL and Junior players.

At the entrance to Kelvington is a roadside painting of the six NHL players
who have come from this town. It's also a great place to visit if you like the outdoors.

Town Council along with our many groups and committees are involved with
a number of activities.

We are constantly revising, adapting and creating new approaches and
initiatives in order to maintain our overall goal - to maintain the existing and
also to generate new economic and tourism development.

Our office is always open to questions and ideas for the future. Please feel free to contact us at any time.
